All tournaments and contests offered on this Platform are bona fide contests for the determination of skill as defined under Texas Penal Code §47.01. Outcomes are determined exclusively by participants skill, knowledge, strategy, and performance—not by chance, luck, or random elements.

  • Tournament Entry Fee: 9.4% total (4% platform + 5.4% processing)
  • Included: 15 community tournaments/month, 15 teams (25 members each), 90-day VOD storage, GIFs + emojis in chat, PRO badge

Ultimate Membership ($29.99/month) - Partner Status

  • Supporter Subscription Revenue: Creators keep 90% (10% platform fee)
  • Ad Revenue: Partner Status - Creators keep 55% of ad revenue (like Twitch Partners)
  • Tournament Entry Fee: 8.4% total (3% platform + 5.4% processing)
  • Included: Unlimited community tournaments, unlimited teams (50 members each), 180-day VOD storage, ad-free viewing on all channels, priority tournament registration, ULTIMATE badge

Ad Revenue Model

D1 Arena follows the industry-standard ad revenue model similar to Twitch:

  • Starter & PRO Members: Ads play on streams but creators do not earn ad revenue (platform keeps 100%)
  • Ultimate Members (Partner Status): Creators earn 55% of ad revenue generated on their streams
  • Viewers: Ultimate members enjoy ad-free viewing on all channels. Channel subscribers also get ad-free viewing on subscribed channels.

Geographic Restrictions

Due to varying state laws regarding skill-based gaming competitions, paid tournament participation is not available to residents of the following states:

  • Arizona (AZ)
  • Arkansas (AR)
  • Connecticut (CT)
  • Delaware (DE)
  • Louisiana (LA)
  • Maryland (MD)
  • Montana (MT)
  • South Carolina (SC)
  • South Dakota (SD)
  • Tennessee (TN)

Residents of these states may still:

  • Create and join FREE tournaments
  • Watch live streams and VODs
  • Subscribe to and tip streamers
  • Use all other platform features

This restriction applies to paid tournament entry only and is based on state gaming regulations as of 2025. We regularly review these restrictions and will update them as laws change.

Payout/Withdrawal Fees (All Tiers)

  • Payment Method: Stripe Connect (identity verification required)
  • Minimum Withdrawal: $100.00
  • Processing: Stripe Connect handles all payouts directly to your connected bank account

Important: All platform fees support operational costs only. No portion of tournament prize pools is taken as profit by D1 Arena. All fees are transparently disclosed before registration or subscription.

Age Restrictions & Verification

  • Minimum Age: 13 years old to create an account
  • Ages 13-17 (Minors): Cannot participate in paid tournaments or receive cash prizes. Can only join FREE tournaments. Cannot access wallet features, receive payouts, or submit tax information. Parental consent required for account creation.
  • Ages 18+: Full access to all tournaments (including paid), prize competitions, and financial features (with identity verification)
  • Age Verification: Date of birth verified during registration; Stripe Identity verification confirms legal age for financial features
  • Youth Tournament Compliance: Per Texas Penal Code §47.01, tournaments for minors (under 18) are limited to: (1) Free entry only - no entry fees allowed, (2) No cash prizes - glory, rankings, and bragging rights only, (3) Gift card prizes may be arranged separately by tournament organizers outside the platform.

User Conduct & Account Security

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
  • Posting obscene, offensive, or illegal content
  • Using automated systems without authorization
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities, including cheating in tournaments
  • Submitting fraudulent identity documents
  • Sharing account credentials or 2FA codes
  • Attempting to bypass security measures or identity verification
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans

  • No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Liability Limitation: D1 Arena is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from Platform use.
  • Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services.
  • Security Responsibility: Users are responsible for enabling recommended security features (2FA) and protecting their credentials.

Dispute Resolution
