D1 Arena brings esports tournaments, live streaming, VODs and clips, creator support, teams, and community communication together in one platform. Creators can stream and build a community independently, while players, organizers and shoutcasters can combine these tools around competitive events. Advertisers manage campaigns through a separate advertiser account.
Built for competition first
D1 structures tournament advancement and prizes around recorded player or team performance under the published event rules. Current tournament formats are Single Elimination, Double Elimination, Round Robin, and Swiss with Single Elimination playoffs. Events may be configured for solo players or teams. Eligible solo and team events may use free or paid entry, with payment holds, result review, and approved payouts through the active D1 and Stripe workflows. Availability depends on age, location, account status, and event requirements.
Native live proof — not a bolt-on
Tournament matches can be linked to D1 live streams when an eligible participant broadcasts. Streams use the D1 ingest and playback stack, and qualifying recordings and clips can remain connected to the event for replay, highlights, and dispute context.
Teams and community on D1
Authorized teammates use Team HQ text channels plus native voice, camera, and screen sharing. Watch Parties add synchronized D1 VOD viewing with party chat and host-controlled voice, camera, and screen sharing. Accepted D1 friends can exchange direct messages and use voice, video and screen sharing. Conversations with multiple friends support up to 10 eligible participants. Calls start one-to-one and can include up to 10 eligible friends. Friendship, blocking and age controls apply between participants; following an account alone does not grant messaging or calling access. These conversations are separate from Teams, which have their own rosters and Team HQ. D1 communication is built into the platform: Team HQ, friend messages and calls, Watch Parties, in-app alerts and email. Discord account linking, role sync, automated Discord notifications and the former casting bridge have been retired.
