Advertising Disclosure
Last Updated: September 9, 2026
D1 Arena ("we," "us," or "our") believes in transparency regarding how we generate revenue to support our platform. This disclosure explains our advertising practices.
Platform Video Ads
D1 Arena serves platform-owned video and promoted-content advertising on eligible live streams, VODs, clips, and discovery surfaces. Under the current membership configuration, D1 Arena retains advertising revenue and creators do not receive an ad-revenue share.
Ad Formats
- Pre-roll Ads: Video advertisements that play before a live stream or VOD begins
- Mid-roll Ads: Advertisements that appear during longer streams at intervals
- Promoted Content: Featured videos and streams in the Discover feed and suggested videos sidebar
How Ads Are Selected
Ads are selected based on:
- Content category and game being played
- Geographic location of the viewer
- Ad campaign targeting settings configured by the advertiser
- Available ad inventory and dynamic bid pricing
Promoted Content
Creators and advertisers can promote their content through our Ads Manager and Promote features. Promoted content appears as pre-roll ads on streams and VODs, and as featured items in the Discover feed and suggested videos sidebar. All promoted content is clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Promoted."
Advertising Revenue
All advertising revenue generated on D1 Arena is retained by the platform. Streamers and creators do not receive an ad-revenue share at any membership tier under the current configuration.
For creator tips and supporter subscriptions, the product share before processing is 75% on Starter, 82% on PRO, 90% on Ultimate and 95% on Partner. Processing components are separate, so these percentages are not final creator deposits. Review the transaction’s fee breakdown for the amount allocated to the creator. Merchandise and eligible tournament prizes follow separate workflows. Physical print-on-demand checkout and automatic order submission to Printful are currently unavailable. For an existing purchase, open Purchases in the Hub or contact Support. Existing orders, refunds and disputes remain subject to the applicable purchase terms and Refund Policy.
Ultimate and Partner members receive platform-wide ad-free viewing as a membership benefit.
Ad-Free Viewing
Ad-free viewing is available in the following ways:
- Platform Membership: Ultimate and Partner members receive ad-free viewing across all channels
- Channel Subscription: Subscribing to a channel removes ads on that channel
- Own Channel: Streamers do not see ads while viewing their own channel
Team membership by itself does not include ad-free viewing.
Affiliate Relationships
D1 Arena may participate in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn commissions on purchases made through links on our site. These affiliate relationships do not affect the price you pay and help support our platform.
Your Choices
You have options regarding advertising:
- Choose Ultimate for platform-wide ad-free viewing; invite-only Partner accounts also receive this benefit
- Subscribe to individual channels to remove ads on those channels

AI Ad Moderation
All advertising creatives submitted to D1 Arena undergo automated review by our AI moderation system (powered by xAI/Grok) before being approved for serving. The AI checks for:
- Policy compliance (no prohibited content categories)
- Brand safety and appropriateness for gaming audiences
- Technical requirements (format, resolution, file size)
- Misleading or deceptive claims
After AI review, creatives may also undergo human moderator review before final approval.
Fraud Detection
D1 Arena employs automated fraud detection systems to protect advertisers and maintain platform integrity:
- Invalid traffic detection (bots, automated clicks)
- Click fraud pattern analysis
- Impression verification
- Suspicious activity monitoring
Advertisers may request detailed impression and conversion reports through their campaign dashboard.
